Mechanical Construction:

1.Double wall panel are constructed of 18 gauge galvanized steel.
2.Inside surfaces of booth are smooth and spray in white color.
3.Bottom channel is heavy duty 14 gauge galvanized steel.
4.Ventilation and filters system maintain 100 linear feet per minute.
5.Exhaust filter is dry filter, to be disposed an approved main doors are solid and durability openings.
6.Tube axial fans with aluminum spark proof blade and installed outside the air stream. CFM=12160 |

Electrical:

1.Most electrical components are UL approved.
2. All electrical within 3’ of booth shall be Class 1, div. 2.
3. All electrical wiring, including equipment shall be properly grounded per national electrical code.
4. Lights – 10 inclined lights and 6 vertical side lights are fixed within 4 tubes, with energy efficient ballast, mounted on safety glass.
5. 2 x 3 Hp motor 3 Ph 203 – 240 / 460 D.P.

1. 10’ height air-intake & exhaust duct are 18 gauge galvanized steel.
2. Exhaust discharge point cannot be less than 6’ from joining combustible and a minimum of 10’ from air intake vents into building.
3. Ducting through combustible shall include insulated fire wraps 18” above roof. |
